Visionlytics.
An imagery intelligence project exploring how visual data, machine learning, and geospatial context can become clearer, more actionable insights.
I’m Ivin Baiju — I explore the space where artificial intelligence, thoughtful software, and engineering meet. I like turning complex ideas into things people can actually use.
A mix of products, engineering experiments, and ideas in progress. I care about the problem, the architecture behind the solution, and the details that make it useful.
An imagery intelligence project exploring how visual data, machine learning, and geospatial context can become clearer, more actionable insights.
A dark-first intelligence console built around georeferenced imagery, mapped context, and a focused interface for exploring complex information.
An AI air-traffic-control simulation concept: replay flight traffic, introduce close-call scenarios, detect conflicts, and test how aircraft respond to controller instructions.
Exploring the infrastructure around smaller language models — from inference and quantization to local-first observability and understanding model behaviour.
I’m drawn to the layers underneath a product: the models, data, architecture, and decisions that make the experience possible.
Learning how models work, how to train and evaluate them, and how to move beyond demos into useful systems.
Working with visual information, image-based workflows, and the challenge of extracting reliable signals from complex scenes.
Exploring what sits below the interface: inference pipelines, databases, data structures, and efficient computation.
Designing and building interfaces that make complex technology understandable, accessible, and genuinely useful.
I’m Ivin — a computer science enthusiast drawn to the craft of making technology work in the real world.
I enjoy moving between ideas and implementation: understanding a problem, getting close to the underlying technology, experimenting with an approach, and refining it until it feels right. My interests span AI and machine learning, computer vision, data, and software systems.
My current work is a collection of connected explorations — MONARCH, VISIONLYTICS, NEXUS, and PRIMUS. Different directions, one common instinct: make something meaningful, then keep making it better.
A practical mix of languages, frameworks, data tools, and engineering utilities I’ve worked with across projects and coursework. This is a learning toolkit, not a proficiency ranking.
Formal foundations matter. So does staying curious outside the syllabus. Here’s a snapshot of my academic path and selected learning milestones.
